All financial transactions on 33wbm are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated on the deposit page.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. The following general betting rules apply across all 33wbm products:

• A bet is considered confirmed only once the platform has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, insufficient balance, or market suspension will not stand.
• 33wbm reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33wbm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform under any identity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any point during account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee bonus completion.

All content on the 33wbm platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, images, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of 33wbm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33wbm platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written authorisation from 33wbm.
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any platform software or design element.

33wbm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a verified third-party responsible gaming referral.
